Re: My Birds

That first bird [sign in to see URL]'s very fluffy. Is that this years new one, or one that had taken a bird bath and was drying off? emoticon

I was uncertain about that one. At first I wasn't sure he was a Nuthatch. He kept fluffing up and grooming. I did no see him sitting smooth at all, only fluffed.

Re:

Carolina Wren - This is not a good picture but I finally got a picture of this bird. I thought it was a wren of some sort, but couldn't get a close look at it. I assume it has a nest near here. Wrens once nested on my porch, but I took down the place they nested. They got really nasty with the birds who wanted to eat and I didn't only want wrens. I had house wrens before.

Carolina Wren - I fear this woman may have made a nest on my porch. I hope not because once babies hatch the mother chases the other birds away. I can't reach the thing where the nest may be, but it was me who put it up there years ago, for nests. If there are no eggs there, yet, I would like to take it down.
